Heartflow, a healthcare technology company developing AI-powered diagnostics for coronary artery disease (CAD), has filed for a Nasdaq IPO led by J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, and Piper Sandler. Their platform creates personalized 3D heart models from CT scans to analyze blood flow and plaque composition, addressing limitations in traditional imaging. Despite having assessed over 400,000 patients and positioning their solution as the standard for non-invasive CAD diagnostics, the company's quarterly losses are widening. Heartflow has raised nearly $891 million across 12 funding rounds prior to this public offering.
