Temasek's portfolio value reached a record S$434 billion (US$340 billion) for the year ending March 2025, an 11.6% increase from the previous year. This S$45 billion growth was primarily driven by strong performances from Singapore-based companies and investments across China, the US, and India. The investment giant believes US-related risks such as tariffs and immigration policies have peaked, with CIO Rohit Sipahimalani projecting economic improvement as interest rates ease and policy clarity emerges. Temasek has maintained focus on innovation, particularly in artificial intelligence, investing in companies like Nvidia and Databricks while participating in AI infrastructure development alongside Microsoft and BlackRock.
