Adobe has raised its annual revenue and profit forecasts for the current fiscal year, citing robust demand for its Adobe Firefly generative AI tools and other AI-powered platforms across its suite of creative applications.
Adobe now expects total revenue in the range of $23.50 billion to $23.60 billion for fiscal 2025, up from its prior forecast of $23.30 billion to $23.50 billion.
Adjusted earnings per share are forecast to be between $18.00 and $18.20, compared to previous guidance of $17.60 to $18.00.
CEO Shantanu Narayen attributed the company’s improved outlook to widespread customer adoption of its AI solutions, particularly within the design and marketing industries. "Our industry-leading product innovation, including Firefly and Acrobat AI Assistant, continues to drive growth and unlock new value for our customers," Narayen stated during the earnings call.
The company highlighted the growing momentum of its AI strategy, which seamlessly blends generative AI capabilities into popular platforms such as Photoshop and Illustrator. These enhancements are increasing user engagement and supporting higher subscription growth across its creative cloud offerings.
