Adobe has raised its annual revenue and profit forecasts for the current fiscal year, citing robust demand for its Adobe Firefly generative AI tools and other AI-powered platforms across its suite of creative applications.

Key Highlights from Latest Earnings Report

  • Second-quarter revenue reached $5.87 billion, marking an 11% increase year-over-year and slightly surpassing Wall Street expectations.
  • Net income for the quarter climbed to $1.57 billion, up from $1.26 billion a year earlier.

Forecasts Updated for Fiscal 2025

Adobe now expects total revenue in the range of $23.50 billion to $23.60 billion for fiscal 2025, up from its prior forecast of $23.30 billion to $23.50 billion.

Adjusted earnings per share are forecast to be between $18.00 and $18.20, compared to previous guidance of $17.60 to $18.00.
