Salesforce unveils Agentforce 360 AI platform for enhanced software solutions

Salesforce announced a $15 billion investment in San Francisco over five years to strengthen the city's position as an AI innovation hub. OpenAI has formed a multiyear partnership with Broadcom to develop custom AI chips and networking equipment, aiming to add 10 gigawatts of data center capacity by 2029. This strategic move allows OpenAI to integrate AI learnings directly into silicon, optimize efficiency across the technology stack, and gain more control over the inference stage. The collaboration positions Broadcom as a key player in the AI hardware market alongside OpenAI's existing partnerships with Nvidia and AMD.

Salesforce launched Agentforce 360, a platform connecting humans and AI agents in one ecosystem. Introduced by CEO Marc Benioff at Dreamforce 2025, it enables the "Agentic Enterprise" where AI works alongside people for continuous sales, service, and decision-making. Built on four pillars—Agentforce 360 Platform, Data 360, Customer 360 Apps, and Slack—the system represents the culmination of Salesforce's year-long AI innovation cycle.

California-based Cerebras Systems plans to deploy AI infrastructure across the UAE by 2025, focusing on the Stargate project—set to be the largest AI data center cluster outside the US. The company will provide "megawatts of equipment" to G42, an Abu Dhabi-backed cloud firm. Recently valued at $8.1 billion after withdrawing its planned IPO and securing $1.1 billion in funding, Cerebras aims to expand its data centers from 6 to potentially 15 sites. The project underscores the UAE's ambition to become a global AI hub while navigating US security concerns over technology access.
